Green Hankie or Lingerie Bag with Lace and Ruffles
6 x 8-1/2 inches. From the 1930s

3 fold, pale green acetate bag with thin batting lining. The top has ivory lace and ruffled green around the edges. Opens out flat with ribbon for holding hanky in place.

Condition - Fair condition, lightly aged all over, more so on the bottom fold. There are two large light brown water stains on the inside. There's a 1/2 inch L-shaped tear inside and several wear holes including a narrow 1/2 inch one on the front. Still a nice display piece. Hard to find color and the lace and trims are very nice.
