This is a big heavy bound edition of 6 issues (minus the covers and first few pages of each) of Good Housekeeping magazine from 1917, included are July, August, September, October, November & December.
Loaded with excellent images of ladies and children's clothing, lingerie and accessorizes of the day. Many stories, beautiful drawings. Tips on keeping house, cooking etc. Each issue also has a 3 page Kewpie comic by Rose O'Neill - those are awesome, so cute.
Each issue is 130 to 160 pages each, so there are over 800 pages is this book. It looks like the first several pages including the index pages were not included in the original binding of the books. They haven't been removed, they were just never there. So each issue starts at about page 20. From the Mankato Public Library.
The outside of the book is in good condition. The binding is split from the cover down the front and the back. Each corner is worn and chipped.
I noticed that a few pages inside have been taped, otherwise the pages are excellent, nice and bright.
This book is HEAVY!!! 7 pounds. No international shipping because the cost would be a lot
