This was meant to be worn over another dress or skirt, maybe even pants. Buttons with loops midway down the front with open lower half. Heavy loops of beading and rhinestones around neck, sleeves and down the front. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. #DV-680- Sparkley Gold Lurex Knit Gown - $48.00 Era - late 1960s Measurements - Dress is 53 inches long, 18 inches across shoulders, fits 44 inch bust, drawstring waist is adjustable, 54 inches wide at hips Label - medium Fabric - acetate knit Cleaning - Dry cleaned Sparkley gold knit gown with buttons all the way down the front and drawstring waist. Pointed collar, slightly puffed sleeves with cuffs. Unlined. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. Has a matte satin sheen Cleaning - Dry cleaned Light moss green dress with stamped white dots. Princess seams with no seam at waist, but fitted and with a full skirt. Sweetheat neckline with overlapped tab of fabric and a gathered puff of fabric, rhinestone decoration. Loops for belt but belt is missing. Bust in lined in mesh and the dress has acetate lining in the upper half, metal zipper down the back. Condition - Very good to excellent condition. There are 3 rust ring on the front of one underarm/sleeves. Each is about 1/4 of an inch. Label - none Fabric - midweight brocade Cleaning - Has been dry cleaned Dark pink and gold gown, shiny and glitzy. Has vertical seams over bust and down the front of the gown. No seam at waist. Lined in soft acetate, metal zipper down the back. Condition - Excellent condition, light wear to the metail on the edge of sleeve under arm. Label - none Fabric - rayon brocade Cleaning - Has been dry cleaned This is such a pretty brocade, light green with flowers in white, mauve blue and sage. Rounded neck. short sleeves, pink ribbon that hooks/snaps at waist. Skirt has gathers in the waist making it slightly full. Unlined, nylon zipper down the back. Condition - Excellent condition, light perspiration spot under the front of one arm, kind of hidden in the pattern of the fabric. Close up #5 #V-481- Soft Brown Dress with Rhinestone Buttons - $28.00 Era - late 1960s Measurements - 39 inches long, fits 34 inch bust, free waist, 36 inch hips. 15 across shoulders, 21 inch sleeves. Label - Lotd & taylor Fifth Avenue Fabric - ? a puffy knit with design. Maybe polyester? Cleaning - Dry cleaned Shift style dress with no seam at waist, but with a matching belt. Has puffy design in the knit of the fabric. Unlined. Big meta buttons midway down the front with 5 rhinestones on each. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. Close up #5 \ Close up #6 \ Close up #7 #DV-342- Yellow and Gold Brocade Dress and Jacket Set - $40.00 Era - late 1960s Measurements - Dress is 41 inches long, fits 35 inch bust, 29 inch waist, 41 inches wide at hips. Jacket is 41 inches long, 16 across shoulders, 21 inch sleeves, fits 36 inch bust, 42 inches wide at hips. Label - none Fabric - lurex brocade with chiffon Cleaning - This dress has been handwashed and hung to dry The dress has an ivory chiffon top and brocade skirt. The brocade is metallic gold and a very bright yellow on lighter gold metallic background. Dress has chiffon tie belt and it is lined in a creped acetate. The jacket is all brocade with gold frog closures down the front. Lined in crepe taffeta. Condition - There is a 1/4 inch brown spot on the chiffon top of the dress smack-dab in the center above bust. Otherwise excellent condition. Close up #5 #DV-343- Gold Top and Blue Skirt Set - $36.00 Era - 1960s Measurements - Top is 17 inches long, fits 36 inch bust, 35 inch waist. Skirt is 25 inches long, 27-1/2 inch waist, 40 inches wide at hips Label - none, possibley custom made. Fabric - lame and rayon Cleaning - This set has been handwashed and hung to dry Very cute set consisting of a gold metallic shell top, sleeveless and boxy. The dark blue skirt has gold specks. Front of skirt has a high waist and there are a sections of gathers in the center-back. Top has a thin acetate lining, skirt is unlined. Nylon side zipper on top, metal zipper on the back of the skirt. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. Close up #7 #DV-356- Yellow Tulle Gown w/Shirred Bodice - $150.00 Era - 1950s Measurements - 54 inches long, fits v34 inch bust, 24 inch waist, fullhips Label - Dorothy R. Bullit Ardmore Chestnut Hill Fabric - nylon tulle over acetate lining Cleaning - This dress has been hand washed and hung to dry. Very pretty yellow tulle, strapless gown with full length, full skirt. The bodice is all sections of shirred, divided by strips of clear sequins. The shirring continues in kind of a peplum below the waist. The skirt is 2 layers of yellow tulle over yellow taffeta lining. Metal side zipper. Condition - Very good to Excellent condition. The top layer of tull has a 1/4 inch hole near a side seam. The under layer of tulle has a 4x6 inch triangle torn from hem, but that is not seen do to it being the under layer and because of the fullness of the skirt. #DV-377- Copper Satin Button Front Dress - $75.00 Era - early 1950s Measurements - dress is 48 inches long, fits 35 inch bust, 25 inch waist, full hips Label - none Fabric - rayon satin Cleaning - Dry cleaned Fabulous copper satin dress with full skirt. It has seamless short, cuffed sleeves. There are 22 fabric covered buttons and loops down the front of the dress and this is how you get in and out of it - there are no other openings. The skirt has a group of 3 pleats on each side on the front - these pleats open giving the skirt it's fullness. Condition - Very good condition. There is faint storage dust marks on top of shoulders and a few faint narrow lines of dust along on crease lines of skirt.
