#BL-520- Plain Black Crepe Shift -

Era - late 1960s
Measurements - 36 inches long, fits 35 inch bust, free waist, 36 hips
Label - Carol Craig
Fabric - crepe acetate

Simple black sjift that skims over the body, free waist, vertical seams for slight shaping. Acetate lining, metal zipper down the back. Very easy to dress up ladies!

Condition - Excellent condition. No flaws seen.

#BL-521- Black Crepe Peggy Hunt Gown - $125.00

Era - 1940s
Measurements - 56 inches long, fits 34 inch bust, 25 waist, 36 hips

Fabric - creped rayon

Super nice long and clingy gown by Peggy Hunt. It has kind of a low neck with fancy black appliques along the edges. Looks like there was one nude fabric under the lace, but that is now gone. The back has 3 fabric covered buttons and loops at the top of the neck, then there is a keyhole opening and then 26 more fabric covered buttons and loops. The dress has no seam at waist. The skirt seam is slightly dropped below the waist and is scalloped. The bottom of the skirt is slightly fuller. Dress is unlined.

Condition - Excellent condition. There is a 2 x 2-1/2 inch L-shaped repair less than 1 inch up from the hem on the side of the dress. The repair is lines of stitching and it doesn't show much at all. There were 2 buttons missing, but I corrected that. Perfectly wearable dress.

Fabric - creped acetate

Cute, short black shift that skims loosely over the body. Short collar, vertical bust darts. Unlined, metal zipper down the back. The belt is not included, it's just something I tied to show how it would look cinched.

Condition - Excellent condition. No flaws seen.

#BL-528- Draped Lightweight Wool Fitted Dress - $40.00 -

Era - 1950s
Measurements - 42 inches long, fits 38 inch bust, 32 waist, 39 hips

Fabric - lightweight woven wool

Lightweight woven wool dress that has a nice draped neckline that crosses over the bust. Very flattering design. Under the bust are fitted seams going diagonally down the waist, opening at the top of the skirt line. There is no seam around the waist. Skirt is straight with kickpleat in the back. Thin acetate lining, metal zipper down the back.

Condition - very good condition. I made 6 small 1/4+ inch repairs on the skirt, which are slightly visable.

#BL-529- Black Cotton Sundress w/White Trim - $35.00

Measurements - 44 inches long, fits 34 inch bust, 27 waist, 42 hips

Fabric - cotton

Cute black cotton Summer dress with straight neckline and straight straps. Vertical and horizonal darts on bodice. Skirt has white strips of fabric around it and is fuller at the bottom. Unlined, metal zipper down the back.

Condition - Very good condition. Black and white trims are slight dull from wash-n-wear.

#BL-530- Black and White Checkered Gown w/Huge Skirt - $85.00

Era - 1950s
Measurements - 55 inches long, fits 32 inch bust, 24 waist, full hips
Label - none
Fabric - rayon

Black and white gingham gown with a huge full circle skirt. It has a super-fitted bodice with square neckline. There are decorative fabric covered buttons down the back of the bodice. Pointed waist, unlined, metal side zipper.

Condition - Very good to excellent condition. There is a 1/4 inch pick/hole on the front of the neckline. The neckline and arms look like they were slightly unfinished or being altered, because they are only baste-stitched on the edges and need to be neatened up with fresh stitching or trim.
