#VT-278- Red Velvet Buttonfront Top - $28.00

Era - 1950s
Measurements - 19 inches long, fits 34 inch bust, 30 waist
Label - Dale Brown
Fabric - cotton velvet

Great red velvet top with buttons down the front. It has sweetheart neckline. There sleeves have folds of fabric on the ends and two strips of fabric on the tops. There are bust darts and vertical darts for shaping over the bust and through the waist. The buttons are goldtone metal flower shapes with rhinestone centers. Unlined.

Condition - Very good to Excellent condition, but the buttons have left small dark marks in the velvet around them.

Measurements - 20 inches long, 14-1/2 across shoulders, 22 inch sleeves, fits 38 inch bust, 30 waist
Label - Hadley Cashmere 100% pure
Fabric - cashmere knit

Simple, classic brown cashmere knit sweater with buttons down the front. It has ribbedn neck, cuffs and bottom edge. Unlined.

Condition - Very good cndition. Has tiny 1/8 repair on front of bust. The bottom two glass buttons are broken.




#VT-286- Ivory Cashmere Sweater - $48.00

Era - 1950s
Measurements - 18 inches long, fits 16 shoulders, 19 inch sleeves, 38 inch bust, 30 waist
Label - Ballantyne of Peebles, made in Scotland
Fabric - 100% pure cashmere

Ivory cashmere sweater with 3/4 length sleeves. It has snap tape around the neck for attaching a collar, possibley a fur one, but there is no collar included. It closes at the bottom-front with hooks. There are satin decorative buttons on the bottom and on the ends of the sleeves. Has lace and chiffon lining in the body of the sweater.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

#VT-299- Nylon Blouse w/Pleats & Lace - $20.00

Era - late 1950s to early 1960s
Measurements - 18 inches long, fits 36 inch bust, 29 waist
Label - none
Fabric - nylon knit

Soft white blouse with lace trimmed collar and sheer inset lace in strips down the front. There are also horizonal pleats between the strips of lace. Clear plastic square buttons down the front, faux cuffs on sleeves, fitted band at waist.

Condition - Blouse is in excellent condition, but the rhinestones are missing from 4 of the 6 plastic buttons.




#VT-300- Sheer Black Tunic Blouse - $36.00

Era - 1960s
Measurements - 27 inches long, fits 34 inch bust, 13 inches across shoulders
Label - Cole of California Original
Fabric - sheer cotton voile

Since Cole is a swimsuit comany, I would guess that this is actually a swimsuit cover up. But I think that with a belt, it makes a great tunic top. It is all sheer, and it has a single button on the front of the neck, and open the rest of the waist down.The shoulders are narrow and the sleeves are puffed. Body is cut looser around the bottom. Belt is not included.

Condition - Excellent condition. No Flaws seen. Item is unworn.
