#VC-811- Grey Wool Jacket w/Fluffy Fur Collar - $30.00

Era - late 1970s
Measurements - 27 inches long, 16 shoulders, 22 sleeves, fits 36 inch bust, 32 waist, 38 hips.
Label - none
Fabric - wool with real fur collar

Cute short and leightweight jacket with a big fluffy collar. It has two plastic buttons with bound button holes. Pockets with bound edges. The collar is fluffy, maybe opossum? It has shoulder pads and acetate lining.

Condition - Very good condition. There is a 1/4 inch hole in the wool near the end of one sleve and a 1/8 inch hole higher up the sleeve. The lining has light fade and discolor under the arms.

Measurements - 43 inches long, 16 across shoulders, 23 sleeves, fits 36 inch bust, free at waist, 42 at hips

Fabric - wool with fox collar, satin lining.

Great clutch coat that is a black and green herringbone design wool. It has thin shoulder pads, tapered sleeves that are full length. There are no pockets, coat has satin lining.

Condition - Very good to excellent condition. No flaws seen on the coat. The fox fur is a little frazzled/frizzy on some ends, with light matting around the inner back edge of neck. Still looks great.

#VC-910- Skunk Fur Coat - $90.00

Era - 1940s
Measurements - 39 inches long, 16 across shoulders, 21 inch long sleeves, fits 32 inch bust, 38 wide at hips
Label - Harry S. Fishman Fine Furs Asbury NJ
Fabric - real fur

Black skunk fur coat with big shoulders and hooks down the front. Has arm straps inside, second sleeves lining with elastic on ends. Lined in a satin cotton-like fabric, pockets lined in flannel. Monogrammed 'LRV'

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. Fur is very nice.

#VC-912- Grey Wool Coat w/Fur Collar - $40.00

Era - 1940s
Measurements - 44 inches long, 19 across shoulders, 22 inch long sleeves, fits 36 inch bust, 30 waist, 40 hips
Label - Coats & Suit Industry label.
Fabric - wool crepe

Super nice Art Deco details on the front of this grey creped wool coat. I believe the fur collar is sable. Has button under collar and snap at waist. Fabric belt with cool silvertone metal buckle. Pockets has Deco lines arounf them. Darts on upper back and detailed seams on the back. The lining has light wear and staining under the arms.

Condition - Good condition. There are at least 20 scattered holes in the wool, 1/4 inch and under. I have not had this coat cleaned. There are 3 light 2+ inch spots on lower front of coat. Shoulders are lightly dusty from storage.

#VC-913- Dark Brown Russel Taylor Faux Fur Coat - $18.00

Fabric - faux fur

Dark brown-black faux fur coat, 3 buttons down front. Ribbed like a faux mink, broacde lining.

Condition - The outside of the coat is excellent with no flaws seen on the faux fur. The coat has 2 inch wide vinyl inside the front edges and 1 inch vinyl along the edge on inside of pockets. This vinyl is sticky and deteriorating and will need to be covered or replaced.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

Black wool coat, double breated, set-in sleeves, angled pockets. brown mink fur collar, satin lining.

Condition - Excellent condition, but there is a 1 inch repair in the wool at the top of one pocket.

Very dark brown, textured wool coat. Cool moltent plastic buttons on and angle, down the front. Set is sleeves, pockets, light mink fur collar, charmuese lining.

Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

***OK, the thing about furs, some people like it and some don't. I do not wear fur, and originally I wasn't going to sell fur on my site. But I saw so much of it when I was buying stock, still in great condition, and usable, it seemed sad for it to go to waste. So I decided to carry vintage fur on my website. I thought that I could suggest that if my customers liked fur, they should at least wear vintage fur and not buy new fur. Vintage fur is already out there in circulation and it should be put to use and not wasted. So don't buy new furs, buy vintage, and please don't complain to me about it either way. If you like fur that's fine, if you don't like fur that's fine too, just don't judge me personally because I sell fur on my website. I don't wear fur, I don't even wear leather coats, and I also do not buy new leather purses or leather shoes. But other people like fur, and I cannot stop them from wearing it, and I am not going to go around complaining about other people wearing fur, I have my own problems to deal with. I just live my life with my own decision not to wear fur or new leather.
