Era - 1960s Measurements - 68 x 15 inches long Label - none Fabric - faux fur Cleaning - dry cleaned White faux fur, long rectangle stole, made to look like mink. Lined in acetate. Wrap around shoulders or neck. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

Era - 1950s Measurements - 42 inches long, 16 inches across shoulders, 21 inch sleeves, fits 42 inch bust, 46 inches at hips. Label - '100% imported cashmere' and 'Yards Trenton Levittown' Fabric - cashmere and mink fur Cleaning - dry cleaned Light tan cashmere coat with 1 button and 1 snap closure. Has collar that can be pulled up, covered with mink fur collar. Tapered sleeves, pockets, gathers on the back making it slightly fuller. Charmuese lining. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen.

Era - 1950s Measurements - 23 inches long, 16 inch shoulders, 19 inch sleeves, fits 34 bust, 40 hips Label - Flemington Furs Fabric - Persian fur Black curly Persian fur jacket in a short length. Has big plastuc button with loops down the front. Satin lined pocket and hidden inner pocket. Black satin lining with red flowers. Condition - Very good condition. Some wear to the fur in spots along the front edge of jacket

Era - late 1800s Measurements - 14 inches around the nside of the neck, up to 6-1/2 inches wide Label - none Fabric - curly Persian wool cloth Black curly wool collar for coat. Fitted close to the neck, the very edges are kind of wavy as they sit on your shoulders. Black satin lining Condition - Very good condition. The black is a little faded on the tips in front. There is wear to the satin lining around the neck and in a few other spots.

Era - late 1800s Measurements - 16 inches around the inside of the neck, up to 6 inches wide Label - none Fabric - curly Persian wool cloth Black curly wool collar for coat. It is cut longer on one side in the front than the other. Tapered ends. Two big metal hooks. Silk satin lining. Condition - Good condition. The black color is light faded allover. The silk lining has shattering.

Era - late 1800s Measurements - 14 x 14 inches Label - none Fabric - curly Persian wool cloth Black curly wool muff, nice large size. Has silk lining. Condition - The outside is in very good condition, just light fade to the black wool. The silk lining has some shattering on the side openings and it's pretty torn up inside.

Era - 1960s Measurements - coat is 36 inches long, 19 across shoulders, 17 sleeves, fits 38 inch bust with room, 44 wide at hips Label - none Fabric - black wool with real fur Cleaning - dry cleaned Black wool 2 big buttons, pockets and thin shoulderpads. The previous wearer has stitched a super fluffy black fur collar on the edge of the wool collar. Fur is probably fox. Condition - Very good condition. Coat is true black, I had to lighten it for the photos. Light wear to the wool along the front edge. The lining has been repaired and still shows some wear under the arms.

Era - 1970-80s Measurements - 32 inches long, 17 across shoulders, 23 inch long sleeves, fits 42 inch bust with room. Label - Country Sophisticates - L Fabric - real fur Cleaning - dry cleaned Light brown sheared fur coat, probably rabbit,sewn in strips. Slightly puffed sleeves wih fitted cuffs. Big collar, pockets, metal hooks down the front. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. Home ***OK, the thing about furs, some people like it and some don't. I do not wear fur, and originally I wasn't going to sell fur on my site. But I saw so much of it when I was buying stock, still in great condition, and usable, it seemed sad for it to go to waste. So I decided to carry vintage fur on my website. I thought that I could suggest that if my customers liked fur, they should at least wear vintage fur and not buy new fur. Vintage fur is already out there in circulation and it should be put to use and not wasted. So don't buy new furs, buy vintage, and please don't complain to me about it either way. If you like fur that's fine, if you don't like fur that's fine too, just don't judge me personally because I sell fur on my website. I don't wear fur, I don't even wear leather coats, and I also do not buy new leather purses or leather shoes. But other people like fur, and I cannot stop them from wearing it, and I am not going to go around complaining about other people wearing fur, I have my own problems to deal with. I just live my life with my own decision not to wear fur or new leather. Please be sure of your purchase. Vintage Home |
