Era - early 1950s Measurements - 10-1/2 x 10 inches. Great advertising fan for Jessie Laurent Harper's millinery business.
It is a lightweight cardboard with a picture of Jessie on the front. It says - 'Mrs. Harper shown leaving her home wearing one of her latest creations'
and 'Mrs. Harper is in great demand as a model for her hats at various fashion shows'. The back has her
phone number and address in NYC. It also says - 'Jessie Laurent Harper milliner, try the Harper touch, designing a specialty,
wear a hat to fit your personality' I imagine the fans were given out at the fashion shows that Jessie did,
to help advertise for the hat making business that she ran out of her apartment. From the estate of Jessie Laurent Harper
