MEASUREMENTS - The blouse is 20 inches long, it will fit a 34 inch bust with room (36 inches under the arms) 25 inches at the waist

Fabulous handmade blouse from the 1910s. Made of a thin, semi sheer cotton that is grey with flowers in blue, white and beige. It has blue rayon trim around the neck and the ends of the short, seamless sleeves. Fitted band at waist and fabric gathered below the band. The blouse opens on the ides at the waist with hooks-n-eyes. Machine sewn on the main sleeves and hand stitching around the side openings and waist band. The blouse is unlined.
The blouse was made by Julia Ann Ellis Davis (1896-1980) has attached handwritten note.
CONDITION - The blouse is in very good to excellent condition. There is a 1/4 inch brown age spot on the front of one sleeve. Another area on the back of sleeves with brown age spots 1/2 x 2 inches long. Fraying near one hook at the waist. The hooks are a bit tough to use, so be careful opening them or else you'll tear the fabric.
