At first I though this was a little toddler dress, but looking at the proportions, I thought that it could be a blouse for a tween girl because the neck and sleeve openings are a little big for a toddler and the front is slightly longer in the front for blousing and tucking it. But maybe I'm wrong, maybe that's just the way it was made for a toddler.
The fabric is a very lightweight cotton with pale black polka dots. Embroidered and eyelet trim around neck and ends of sleeves. Pintucks on the front of the neck and keyhole opening with 2 buttons on the back.
CONDITION - Very good condition. There is a tear to the cotton trim on the side of the neck. 1/4 inch hole within the pintucks on the front of the neck and another near a front seam further down the front of the dress.
