Ordering Info, Please read all before ordering
***When using the shopping cart to place an order, Please, please, please be sure that you enter your email address correctly. I cannot process your order without a valid email address

All Vintage Sales are final - Please be sure of your purchase, email me with any questions before ordering. I give very accurate descriptions of the items and any possible flaws. I describe what I would want to know if I were buying the item for myself. Please email and ask me questions, if you'd like to know anything more specific about an item. I stand behind the quality and the descriptions of my items. Returns are considered if you feel an item's condition has not been properly described or because of human error on my part. Shipping costs would be refunded if a return arrangement is made. There are no returns for size or color and there are no exchanges or store credits.

I ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings by US mail. Within the US - Priority mail usually takes 2 to 4 business days, First class is 5 to 7 business days and Parcel Post mail is 7 to 10 business days. I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date, it is in the hands of the Post office once I leave it with them. Guaranteed 2 Day delivery is available, email me for cost (usually $20-up). I do not use FedEx or UPS, sorry. I always email you on the day that your order ships to let you know that it is on it's way, with an estimate of delivery time.
Insurance is for your own protection. All items are packed with care and sent with delivery confirmation. I am not responsible for uninsured items that are lost or damaged in the mail. If needed, I will file any neccessary claims, but I do not pay any compensation myself.

Payments - I prefer payment by money orders or checks. Checks are held 10 days for clearance through my bank before your order is shipped. I can also accept credit card payments through PayPal. PayPal is now set up where you do not have to be registered with them to use the service. There will be a service charge on orders under $20 if you pay using PayPal (the fee applies whether it's by credit card, e-check or cash transfer)

International purchases - I will ship anywhere in the world, by Airmail. Air mail delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days. Shipping cost is determined by the boxed weight of your order, so please email me with your location and the items that you are interested in, and I will give you a shipping estimate. Orders are payable in US funds and I can accept payments by International money orders or through PayPal. All orders are marked as 'merchandise' on the custom forms. International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be due. Unclaimed packages that are returned to me will not be reshipped unless you pay for the return postage. The original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund of the unclaimed order.

To place an order:

1. If you have any questions about items or shipping, please email me. A link to my email is at the top of every page.
2. When you are ready to order, you can click on the 'Add To Order' buttons that are next to each individual item, and fill in the shopping cart form with your info. Or you can order the old fashioned way by just emailing me. If you email, please include the entire item number, description, price and address, and let me know what form of payment you will use too. (The shopping cart is much easier to use than typing out everything yourself, and it does not process immediate payments) Please include any shipping requests in the comments space of the shopping cart.
3. I will get back to you as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours. I will inform you of the item availability & shipping cost, my mailing address and payment info. I do not ignore emails, this is how I make my living, so I want to answer your questions and fill your order as quickly as possible. So if you don't receive a reply from me within a day, that means I didn't receive your message, so please send it again.
4. I will put your order on 'Hold'. The hold period is for 7 days, which means that you will have 7 mailing days for your payment to be received. If there is a delay and you need more time to send your payment, or if you change your mind about the order, please be kind enough to let me know, or else I will be mad at you forever.

I try to ship as cheaply as possible. Small lightweight items will be shipped First Class, in a padded envelope.
Usually there's not much cost difference between Priority & Parcel Post. Parcel Post is a little cheaper, but can take 7 to 10 days to deliver, compared to 2 to 4 days for Priority. If you want to go the cheapest way, and you don't mind the slower shipping of Parcel Post, let me know and I will figure that cost for you.
