Ruffled, hand embroidered eyelet trim fits close to the neck and trims the bodice and the ends of the sleeves. Puffed sleeves, tiny glass buttons midway down the back, full skirt. Condition - Very good to excellent condition. Nice and white except for a 2 inch area on the edge of hem with some light brown spots. The fabric there is is also frayed and split in two 1/4 inch spots. Two 1/4 inch holes on side of skirt. Close up #5 \ Close up #6 #KID-107- Victorian Burgundy Wool Cape - $20.00 Era - mid to late 1800s Measurements - 11 inch neck. 11 inches long down the back and the sides. 52 inches around the bottom. Label - none Fabric - wool Cleaning - has not been cleaned Burgundy child's cape with tan design wool lining. High neck with brass and glass buttons down the front. Tan trim around the edges. Looks like there is a thin layer in between the burgundy and the tan print. Condition - Fair to Good condition, perfect for display. It does have small moth holes. The outside has at least 15+, each under 1/8 of an inch. Many more scattered in the ivory lining, at least 30 along with areas of surface nibbling. But none of the holes go through both layers and the inner lining. Close up #3 \ Close up #4 #KIDS-95- Cotton Onesie Underwear - $15.00 Era - 1920s Measurements - 23 inches long, 19 inches from shoulder to crotch, 24 inch chest, 23 waist Label - Harwood Children's Underwear co.1920 LLM Fabric - woven cotton with knit band across the back Another piece of complicated children's underwear! This is a woven cotton one piece with short pants. White glass buttons all the way down the front and it unbuttons to open on the back of the waist to drop the back of the pants. Also has knit band across the back for stretch when sitting. Also has buttons on loops around the waist and a metal tab on each side of waist too. Condition - Excellent condition, appears to be unworn. Light aging and tiny age spots. This item has not been washed. Close up #3 \ Close up #4 #KIDS-97- Lace Trimmed Sheer Cotton Dress - $18.00 Era - pre 1920s Measurements - 19 inches long, 24 inch chest, 24 waist Label - none, hand made Fabric - sheer cotton Fine, sheer cotton batiste dress. Cotton lace collar, lace with opening to run ribbon through it around sleeves and the waist. Wide lace trim around the bottom. Has snap closures on the back. Condition - Good to very good condition. There is a 1 inch and 1/2 inch tear under one arm. There are about 20 tiny pin dot holes scattered on the dress. The lace also has small scattered holes around the bottom. Fairly white, has a few small brown age spots. This item has not been washed. Close up #3 #KIDS-99- Onesie Bloomers - $18.00 Era - pre 1920s Measurements - 18 inches long, 16 inches from shoulder to crotch, 21 chest, 17 waist Label - none, hand made Fabric - cotton Super cute, this would be very sweet to hang on the wall in a bathroom. Top and bloomers that button together around the waist. Top also unbuttons on the back. Legs have narrow pleats and lace and eyelet trims. Condition - Very good condition. Lightly aged. Has 1/4 inch hole on the front of the neck. The front seam on the bloomers has threads stitcking out. There is no buttonhole for the front button on waist and the trim on the waist is separated in a 1+ inch area. This item has not been washed. Close up #3 \ Close up #4 \ Close up #5 #KIDS-100- Carl's Baptismal Dress and Slip - $20.00 Era - 1920-30s Measurements - Dress is 19 inches long, 38 inches under arms. Slip is 19 inches long, 23 inches under arms. Label - none, hand made. Has paper note stitched to it that says - 'Carl's Baptismal dress and slip, made by Mother' Fabric - cotton. Sheer cotton batiste dress and slip, trimmed in narrow ruffled cotton lace. Slip opens with two buttons on the back. Dress is full with long sleeves, also has tiny glass buttons on the back. Condition - Very good condition. Lightly aged with browning along old fold lines and scattered small age spots. Dress has 1/8 inch hole on the front. This item has not been washed.
