Raw top edge and handmade crochet lace with raised flowers around 3 sides. Embroidery and drawnwork in the cotton. Condition - Very good condition. Has two 1/2 inch dark brown spots near corner. Crochet is excellent. Close up #3 #VL-8- Black Silk Lace Pieced Trim - $10.00 Era - Victorian Measurements - 41 x 3-1/2 inches Fabric - silk Black silk chantilly. Made up of 5 pieces stitched together. Straight top edge with fancy floral design and scalloped bottom edge. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. #VL-9- Cut Black Silk Lace Trim - $4.00 Era - Victorian Measurements - 38 x 8-13 inches Fabric - silk Black silk chantilly lace piece. It has a straight top and fancy bottom edge. It has been cut in several places. Condition - Fair. Lace is delicate and has many splits in it. #VL-10- Wide Black Lace Bottom from Garment - $15.00 Era - Victorian Measurements - 66 x 11 inches Fabric - silk Wide black silk lace that has the ends sewn together, probably was the bottom of a dress. Straight top edge and pointed bottom edge. Condition - Very good condition. 3 of the bottom points have rips in the lace. #VL-24- Scalloped Lace - $8.00 Era - early 1900-1920s Measurements - 3/4 inches wide, 45 inches long Label - none Fabric - cotton Cotton lace trim with straight top edge and scalloped bottom edge. Never used, nice and crisp. Condition - Excellent condition, no flaws seen. This item has not been washed. #VL-66- Bodice Section w/Black Embroidery - $12.00 Era - 1920s or earlier Fabric - silk or rayon Basically the trim from the bodice of a dress or blouse because only the trim is usable. Sheer chiffon sleeves with rayon embroidery on tulle stitched to it. Trim is about 42 inches wide and up to 8 inches long Condition - The chiffon base has many holes and wear under the arms, delicate to the touch. The embroidery on tulle is good, some holes in the tulle and tulle is dry and delicate. #VL-68- Black Silk Lace Cut Piece - $15.00 Era - pre 1920s Measurements - 74 inches wide, 13 to 27 inches wide Fabric - silk lace Wide black silk lace piece from dress. The sides and bottom edge are finished and the top edge has been cut unevenly. There is pewter color metalic embroidery in each corner. Condition - Very good condition, some small scattered holes. #VL-70- Three Small Black Silk Lace Pieces - $6.00 Era - pre 1920s Measurements - 4 x 25 inches, 9 x 7 inches and 16 x 7 inches Fabric - silk 3 small pieces of black silk lace in different styles.
