Fantastic black and ivory topper hat, made of ribbed ivory faille rayon and black straw brim. The fabric is folded and kind of bent forward and it has black feather stitched on the top. The brown sets towards the back of the brim. The underside of the brim is lined in black faille.
It has a black grosgrain ribbon band with elastic for the back of the head. The hat will require a pin to help hold it in place.
CONDITION - Very good condition. One the ivory fabric, there are faint black smudge marks under the base of the feathers and in a 1 inch spot lower on the ivory - probably from the black feathers and being stored for a long time. Ivory is a little dull.
