MEASUREMENTS - The jacket is 16 inches long, 15 inches across shoulders, 21 inch long sleeves. 36 inches wide under the arms, best suits for 34 inch bust

FABRIC - silk taffeta with cotton lining
CLEANING - Has not ben cleaned
This jacket looks like it was cut and altered. Black silk taffeta with little rayon ball and loop closures down the front. Appliqued layers of fabric around the neck and down the front with pointed ends. Pleats across the front.
The ends of the sleeves each have 5 small fabric covered decorative buttons. The back is nicely seamed. Lined in white cotton.
CONDITION - Good to Very good condition. The outside is very nice, no holes or shattering.
* There is a ball missing from one closure and broken loop on another closure.
* The silk on the bottom edge looks like it had been cut, even though the lining is attached to it on the inside. The bottom edges are fraying all the way around.
* The white cotton lining is all aged, stained on the back and under the arms.
* The fabric points on the front look like they once has round appliques. There are vert faint stitch lines where they once were.
