Group of 8 clear pale blue plastic buttons for a dress or blouse.
They are about 1/2 of an inch and they have kind of a chainlike design with plastic rhinestone in the center.
From the 1940-50s. Plastic shank on the backs.

6 are in Excellent condition, 2 have missing rhinestones.
