Victorian 1800s Bonnet Hat with Flowers, Antique Silk Teal Ruffles and Red, with issues

Light teal silk fabric hat with rows of gathered ruffles. Dark red tissue paper flowers on the inside of the brim at the top. 2 dark red-pink flowers on the side. Black velvet ribbon ties. Stiff cotton base, unlined.
CONDITION: Good condition with obvious issues. All the dark areas on the light teal fabric are wear spots where the light finish is work off. Those dark areas are also threadbare. There is splitting in the fabric around the front edge of the brim. There is a 2 inch split in the fabric on the top. Lining is missing. The paper flowers are old, but may have been added later.
