Light brown cotton petticoat with heavy pleated bottom edge, slightly longer in the back. Has ivory trim around the top that forms ties on the back opening. The back opening has no snaps or hooks, it looks like it just ties - but the ties have been cut.
CONDITION: The petticoat is in very good condition. There are some light color marks on the skirt. The hem is a little dirty. The ties on the waist have been cut. So you'll need to add ties or add hooks to close the skirt.
