* There is some black undertone in areas, maybe the skirt was originally black and faded to this color?
* The top of the waist is rough with two 1 inch tears and wear spots on the back of the waist and the fabric was handstitched kind of sloppily to a black band inside of the waist.
*When you hold the skirt to the light, you can see many tiny scattered holes. 1/2 inch tear.
*There are some snaps missing on the back opening.
*The bottom of the hem is worn and split on the fold in large areas.
*There are spots and stains including a 1 inch black spot.
*All of that being said, it's still a fairly nice skirt.
