MEASUREMENTS - The dress is 35 inches long, it is 36 inches around the under arms, best suite to fit a 32 inch bust with room, 31 inches at the waist. The narrow sleeves ar 11-1/2 inches around the underarms and 10 inches around the ends

FABRIC - very fine cotton batiste
CLEANING - Hand washed and hung to dry
Very pretty white cotton dress with embroidered trims and delicate lace. It has lace on the front of the neck and down the tops of the sleeves. Pretty floral embroidery with tiny eyelet across the front of the neck and sleeves and down the front. Wide dropped waist with lace loops on the sides to hold a wide ribbon. The skirt is 2 layers of wide embroidered floral fabric, slightly gathered. The dress is unlined and opens with buttons down the back.
CONDITION - The dress is in very good condition with some issues.
* There is a patch on a 1 inch hole in the skirt.
*There is another 1+ inch patch on the center of the back next to a button, covering some small holes.
* There are some small scattered holes in the lace.
* The lace and the cotton next to the top button on the back are both torn. The cotton and the lace there are both very delicate and need to be handled carefully so that they don't tear more when using the button.
* A few faint, small scattered brown age spots.
