Vintage 1920s Ivory Silk Pajamas, Wide Legs, 40 bust, 34 waist, with issues

MEASUREMENTS: The top is 18 inches long, 46 inches around the chest, it will fit up to a 42 inch bust with room, shoulders are 18 inches wide and sleeves are 13 inches long.
The pants are 40 inches long, 34 inch waist, 19 inch rise, 26 inches around the bottoms of the legs..
MATERIAL: pongee silk and cotton lace collar

Dark ivory pongee silk boxy top and wide legged pajama pants. The top has 4 buttons down the front. There may have been a drawstring around the bottom at one time. Short sleeves with trim that has stitched lines. The collar is made of a fine mercerized cotton in a loose crochet. The wide legged pants have buttons on the side opening.
CONDITION: Good condition with some issues. The top has wear under the arms and it looks like the seam under the arm has been resewn and has some fraying. Very light discolored under the arms too. Some wear on the front of one of the shoulders. There is a tear along the bottom, just above the band at the waist.
On the pants, there is a tear along the side opening, 4 inches long with fraying. The darts on the back of the pants below waist and strained and slightly fraying - they need to be resewn. There are some brown spots. 1/4 inch repair spot on leg. Wear at the center on the crotch where the 4 seams meet. Small hole there along with some fraying along those seams there.
There are a lot of small issues, but still a nice set that could be repaired for careful use. If the set was in excellent condition, it would be priced at about $150.00
