Vintage 1920s Silk Satin Garters with Rosettes and Lace, with issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: 12 inches around, they do no stretch, 1-3/4 inches wide
MATERIAL: silk, cotton lace
Pair of 2 silk satin garters in a pale blue-green with ivory lace. Silk ribbon roses in pink, yellow and blue.
CONDITION: Good condition. The elastic is dried out so the garters do not stretch. There are some tears in the lace. Both have some splitting in the silk ruffles, one has a 2 inch tear in the silk ruffle.
