Vintage 1930s Black Felt Topper Hat with Curly Wool Trim, 21 inch head

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: felt and curly wool

Black felt topper cap with curly wool trim around the front of the brim. No brim in the back. 2 curly wool balls on one side of the hat.

CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There is a small pin head hole on the front, 1 inch above the brim. Make-up residue inside around the front inner band.
