MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a very snug 21 inch head, would be better on 20 inch head
MATERIAL: straw, ribbon
LABEL: 'NRA Code'
Very close fitting black straw hat with wide ribbon trim around the front edge. Trimmed with braided black straw. Ribbon bow in the back.
CONDITION: Excellent condition.
