Vintage 1930s Blue Felt Cloche Hat with Brooch, 22 inch head

Very dark blue felt cloche, fitted on the top and low down the sides. It has stitched folds around the hat. Short brim is turned up in some areas and down in others. Has silver toned metal brooch with blue stones, added by previous wearer.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There is some wear on the edges of the brim. Faint spots on the top of the hat.
