Vintage 1930s Brown Felt Topper Hat, 21 inch head, with Matching Hat Pin

Brown felt hat with rounded top. Sets very high on your head and will require a pin. There is a matching hat pin with brown felt end, which you can pin anywhere on the hat that is comfortable for you. I just have it shown on the side.
CONDITION: The outside of the hat is excellent. The inner band has make-up residue on it and on the felt next to it.
