MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: sequins on felt base
LABEL: 'Denby's Troy NY' and 'New York Creation'
Black felt base covered in black sequin fabric. Tilt hat with thin elastic strap on the back plus a sequin hat pin that matches.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There are some loose sequins. There is a 1 inch spot where the black paint is off of the sequins. Some make-up residue on the inner band.
