Vintage 1940s Brown Hat with Feathers and Sequin Veil

ERA: 1940s
MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, will require a pin to hold it in place.
MATERIAL: wool felt, feathers, netting
LABEL: 'Mellon's Shop, Charlotte'

Rounded brown felt hat sits atop head, not down on it. Covered in rayon netting that has clusters of tiny sequins, the veil on the front does as well. Spray of thin feathers on the front.

CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There are holes in the veiling covering the hat and around the bottom edges. There are also some holes on the face veil.
