MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: velvet, feathers
LABEL: 'Sheila, the perfect hat, Chicago'
Ivory velvet topper hat with shallow crown and brim that is deeper on the front. Covered wire tabs on the sides of head. Has ivory and brown feathers around the sides and velvet bow on one side.
CONDITION: The outside of the hat is in very good to excellent condition. The underside of the brim has some marks in the velvet and light dirt around the edges.
