Vintage 1940s Ivory Gabardine Dress, 34 inch bust, Gold Buttons, some issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1940s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 40 inches long, it will fit a 34 inch bust with room, 28 inch waist, 40 inches around hips.
MATERIAL: thin wool gabardine
LABEL: 'R&K Original, fit Average Americans'
CLEANING: hand washed
Light ivory dress made of thin wool gabardine with gold metal buttons midway down the front. The pockets and the top of the shoulders and sleeves have lines of topstitching. No seam at waist, slightly fuller around the bottom. Unlined.
CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition with a few tiny issues. There is a 1/2 inch split above the seam on the back. There is a pin head hole on the back of the shoulder. There are a few tiny brown spots scattered on the dress - on the back of sleeve, front of sleeve and 2 on the back just above the waist.
There were straps and a buckle on the back of the dress, but they were removed due to damage.
