Vintage 1940s Ivory Topper Hat with Strap, Felt Leaves with Black Veil

Medium shade of ivory, brush wool felt. Topper hat with felt strap for behind the head. It has 2 cut out felt leaves with a line of sequins down each. Black feather points towards the side with black face veil.

CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition, but there are some tears in the veil
