Vintage 1940s Yellow Tulle Gown with Black Velvet Trim, damaged as is, XS 30 inch bust

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 47 inches long, it will fit a 30 inch bust with room, 23 inch waist.
MATERIAL: acetate lining, rayon tulle, velvet
LABEL: none
Acetate taffeta yellow lining with yellow rayon tulle layer that is trimmed with rows of ruffle tulle that has thin black velvet cord. Black velvet straps and black velvet cord and bow on the bodice. Metal side zipper.
CONDITION: Fair condition. The zipper is broken with missing teeth and needs to be replaced. The yellow has a slight dull and dusty look to it. There are small brown spots scattered over the lining. The velvet straps look to have been added and they are uneven.
