Strapless gown with pleated white tulle covered bodice. Wide creamy ivory silk satin band at waist. Fitted over the top of the hips with dropped, super full skirt. The skirt is 2 layers of fine nylon tulle, then there is a white taffeta lining that has the wide band of ivory silk around it, which shows slightly through the layers of tulle. There is a large ivory silk bow on the front side of skirt.
Boning inside of the bodice on the front, sides and back. Metal zipper on the back.
CONDITION - The gown is in excellent condition, nice and bright white. I see no holes in the tulle. The ivory silk bow is lightly aged along the top edges.
There are about 5 small 1/8 inch spots on the taffeta layer, 2 of those spots are on the satin band on the lining. Some faint grey 'scuff' marks near the hem which don't show through the tulle.
Shown with a crinoline underneath, which is not included.
