MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: flowers and leaves on velvet covered wire

Wire frame covered in green velvet. Across the top are flowers in light yellow, apricot and some light brown. Light green leaves.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good to excellent condition, very light wear to the velvet on the wire frame.
