Vintage Beaded Necklace, Native American Hand Made Souvenir with leather back

Handmade necklace, I know nothing about it other than it was from Oklahoma. I would think that it was an Indian made souvenir piece, probably 1950-60s. That's just a guess. The beaded section that goes around your neck is 24 inches. The 3 circles section is 4 inches long and the beaded fringe on the bottom is 1-1/4 inches long. The back of the beaded circles has hand stitched leather. No opening, it just slips over your head.

Excellent condition, the circles hang a little crooked.
