Vintage Black & Brown Velvet Hat with Veil 1960s

MATERIAL: velvet, netting, taffeta lining

Black velvet hat with wire around the bottom edge. The top has gathered black, brown and tan velvet. Topped with veil and velvet covered button on top. Taffeta lining.
CONDITION: The hat is in good condition, although it is not in is original shape. A few small breaks in the netting. The lining has a 2 inch hole and it is separated from the base around the side in areas.
