MEASUREMENTS: 9-1/2 inches to bottom of strap, 8-1/2 inches around the middle, 16 inches around the bottom edge
MATERIAL: wool felt with cotton lining
LABEL: number inside
Light brown wool felt spats with 14 buttons, attached strap for under shoe, which dos not adjust or stretch. Lined in cotton
CONDITION: The spats are in good condition. They are lightly dirty, has some spots and show some wear and creases. One button is missing, lining is dirty.
