Vintage Double Woven Cotton Fabric Panels, Blue Floral, like Bates blanket, with issues

This panel of fabric is about 36-1/2 inches wide and 54 inches long.
From the 1950s. The fabric is a double woven cotton, it's similar to the fabric of a Bates Blanket.
Blue and white striped floral. The fabric is sewn on the top and the sides and has a finished scalloped edge along the bottom. Maybe it was used as a baby blanket.
Has been washed.

Fair to Good condition, but with some issues. There are faint scattered stains over the pieces, at least 10, that are 1/4 to 2 inches in size. There are a few wear spots in the center that are about to become holes and some wear near the sides.
