Stiff mesh covered with layers of black feathers. The bottom of the hat has several inches of black knit fabric that fits closely on your head the stiff messh part of the hat with the feathers sets high on your head. The knit is tucked and stitched up in the front.
CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition, some light make-up residue on the front of the knit section.
