MATERIAL: silk velvet
LABEL: 'Hattie Carnegie' and 'Bonwit Teller Philadelphia'
Flat black silk velvet cap hat with cut velvet leaves. The leaves has covered wire stems that all meet at the top of the hat. Some covered wire curlies on the hat. Lined in rayon. Has 2 velvet tipped hat pins with it.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There are tiny pin marks in the velvet on the front and back from the hat pins.
