Vintage Light Blue Chiffon 1960s Party Dance Dress XS 30 inch bust, Alfred Werber, Shirred Bodice, with issues

ERA: True vintage item from the early 1960s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 41 inches long, it will fit a 30 inch bust with room, 23-1/2 inch waist, full around hips.
MATERIAL: chiffon over taffeta
LABEL: 'Alfred Werber, St Louis'
Light blue sheer crepe chiffon over taffeta that is like a faded pink-lavender. Chiffon is gathered around the bodice and skirt is full with gathers in the waist. Chiffon straps with rhinestone decorations on the front, knot and ties down the back of skirt. Metal side zipper.
CONDITION: Good condition with issues. There is a faint spot at the base of one strap. Scattered light yellow-brown spots on the back of bodice, at the gathers of the skirt below the waist and around the hem, and on the side opening. The lining has faded probably from blue. The chiffon has a greyish tinge down the side a few inches from the zipper.
