MATERIAL: stiff mess base with nylon chiffon with lace, velvet ribbon band.
LABEL: union label
Off white chiffon hat with tall top and downward brim. Chiffon on the top. Folded chiffon with lace in layers around the sides, gathered chiffon on brim. Velvet ribbin band.
CONDITION: Very good condition. Lightly off white from age. Lace is a shade darker.
