MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: soft fabric base, flowers, feathers, tulle, netting
LABEL: 'Amy New York'
Soft bodied hat with white and pink flowers, groups of thin iridescent feathers here and there. Fine tulle covered the entire hat with dots of glitter and another layer of netting over that.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There are some tears in the top layer of netting.
