Vintage Red Organdy Pinafore Dress for Little Girl, 1950s, Ballerina Appliques, 22 inch waist

MEASUREMENTS: the skirt is 17 inches long plus bib. Waist is 22-1/2 inches

CLEANING: hand washed
All sheer, red cotton organdy skirt with attached bib. Wide fitted waist with single hook on the back. The front of the skirt has 3 white ballerina appliques on the front with another on the bib. The straps has red cotton fringe on them. They cross in the back and go through loops. I'm not sure how they are meant to wrap or tie.
CONDITION: Excellent condition.
