Vintage Sheer Black & Pink Floral 1940s Hat, New York Creation

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: sheer mesh, velvet, flowers
LABEL: 'New York Creation'
12 inch wide, sheer mesh topper with 12 inches wide body. Has velvet trim around the ends of brim, spiral straw stripes. Mostly pink flowers on the front with blue and pink velvet rise. Elastic strap for the back of the head. There is netting around the brim.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. Main rose on the front has some light aging and tiny holes. Netting around the crown has some tears.
