Pale pink nylon seersucker fabric that is slightly sheer, full skirt and tie waist. Red and white gingham nylon seersucker collar with lace trim. Gingham on the ends of the puffed sleeves and across the front of the waist. 2 buttons on the back and 2 ties are high waist.
CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition, but there is some fraying along the ties at waist.
