Vintage White Eyelet Edwardian Petticoat Slip, up to 32 inch waist, AS IS with issues

MEASUREMENTS - The slip is 37 inches long, it will fit up to 32 inches at the waist, 46 inches at the hips

FABRIC - cotton
CLEANING - Hand washed and hung to dry
White cotton petticoat slip with drawstring in the waist. It has embroidered eyelet trim midway down the skirt to run wide ribbon through it. The ruffle around the bottom has embroidered eyelet work.
CONDITION - Fair condition, shows much use, but still usable.
There is a sloppy 4 inch tear and a 1 inch tear on the front-center, just below waist. There are scattered holes around those 2 repairs.
Needs new drawstring through the waist.
There are several tears within the eyelet trim, a few have been sloppily repaired. 2 inch hole and several 1 inch holes in the eyelet section and a 1 inch hole in the under layer cotton.
Also some tear in the eyelet section above the ruffle.
