Small Hank of Vintage Steel Cut Seed Beads, Silver, made in France, 1920s or earlier, Jewelry, Purse or Clothing

This is a 2-3/4 inch long hank which has 10 loops of beads. The beads are cut steel metal in a silver color. Old label says 'Made in France 9'. I'm guessing the beads to be 1920s or earlier
