Victorian Antique 1800s Baby Hat, fits 16 inch head, Large Doll Bonnet, Brown Straw and Ribbon

Brown straw bonnet for a baby or toddler or for a large doll. The doll that it is shown on has a 16 inch head.
The hat is trimmed with brown velvet ribbon ties under the chin and around the front on the inside and outside edge. Gathered brown silk ribbon around the top. Unlined.

The hat is in good condition, but with some issues. The velvet ribbon ties and trim around the front has balding from wear.
The silk ribbon over the top is aged and has tears in the 2 top loops.
There is a 1 inch split in the straw in the back just below the bend in the straw and a 1 inch line towards the other side that has tiny holes/splits.
