Sheer, small wide brimed hat is about 11 inches across. It has a shallow crown with black velvet ribbon. The bow on the front is lined in white ribbon. Small piece in the back of the crown to set on your head and thin elastic strap to hold the tilt hat in place.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The black velvet band and bow is lightly faded.
