Vintage 1950s Saucer Hat Ivory Feathers on Black Felt, Phyllis 

ERA: True vintage hat from the 1950s
MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: felt, feathers
LABEL: 'Designed by Phyllis New York'
Black felt hat is about 9 inches across with shallow crown and short brim that narrows in the back. Fluffy ivory plumes with dark brown straws are wrapped around the crown. Black satin bow in the back. Ribbon covered wire stays on each side to help hold it on your head (will still require a pin)
CONDITION: The hat is in very good to excellent condition. The fabric is lightly worn on the tips of the wire stays.
